Jack Wolfe

Jack Wolfe has more than 25 years of experience in the field of recruiting. His career started in the United States Air Force. While serving as a recruiter in the Air Force he became a successful physician recruiter, manager and trainer. The highlight of his Air Force career was the award of the “Gold Badge” recognizing him as one of the nation’s top recruiters. His methodology and approach to recruiting were the key reasons he was selected for his next assignment as the trainer for all Indiana recruiters. Prior to starting his recruiting career he also spent several years in the Occupational Safety and Health field where he served as a Safety Specialist and also as a Master Instructor at the Air Force Safety School.

After his military career, he entered the transportation and logistics industry as a field recruiter and eventually the Director of Recruiting for two different trucking companies. His most recent experience has been with a large civil engineering firm, serving in the role of Corporate Recruiter and Safety Manager. He has extensive experience consulting with companies in the area of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and executive recruiting.

Jack is responsible for all executive leadership and oversight over all of Wolfe and Associates, Inc. RPO engagements. His role extends into the business development process serving as Wolfe and Associates subject matter expert in recruiting strategies, process design and project execution.
